Wednesday afternoon walk

Tobbe and Martina gave me a ride to Järva Krog after work on Wednesday, so I took a walk along Brunnsviken on the way home. The weather was perfect, and eveything looked verdant and beautiful.

People were lounging on the rocks near Café Sjöstugan...

... and in the park near the SAS building across the lake.

I saw some folks swimming, others running. It's actually quite warm now by Swedish standards — perhaps 27 °C.

I thought the shadows on this old boathouse looked interesting.

Everything is green here. Remembering how cold and dark it was just a few months ago, it's hard to believe how different the city looks now.

Can you see the tiny bug on the thorn?

That's my neighborhood. Nice, ain't it?

And finally, an ant's-eye-view of the same flowers.
